CHS Orchestra To Do List

2026-2027

• Sign up or update The Clark High School Membership Toolkit
• All parents are asked to sign up in the Clark High School Membership Toolkit, please check the attached click sheet to sign up or update your information. 
• After you are logged in, please go to My Account, scroll down to My Forms/Paperwork. 
• Please fill out the required sections: 

• Parent and Orchestra Students information
• Orchestra Program Fee, if paying online
• Information Forms      
• Check out Volunteer Opportunities-Booster Club and Clark Wildcat Orchestra T-shirt for Orchestra Supporters

      Forms: 

1. PISD Instrument Maintenance Fee Agreement: All students who play a school instrument are required to pay a $85.00 service fee to PISD. Payments are due by September 25th. Payments can be made with cash, check or Rycor Student Quick Pay system. Make all checks out to “PISD” and include students name and ID number on the memo line.

      2. Orchestra Dues: $60   

• All Orchestra students. $60.00 due in place of fundraising. Due date is October 2nd. 2026. 
• Fees can be paid through Clark-Orchestra.org: My Account, My Forms/Paperwork- New Forms
• Zelle: clarkorchestrabooster@gmail.com, 
• Check made out to Clark Orchestra Boosters or cash.  

         Fees will be used to help support the CHS Orchestra program: 

• T-shirts for Freshman, Hoodies for Sophomores
• Clinicians and sectional coaches
• Orchestra Socials
• Music, office supplies and decorations for the orchestra room. 
• Offset bus costs
• Help with Pre-UIL and end of year performances.
