PISD Orchestra Festival-May 5th at RFAC

Concert and Recital Orchestras

• Everyone eat A lunch
• Meet to rehearse at 12:52
• Load bus at 2:15
• Warm up-2:55
• Performance 3:25
• Return back to school at 4:15
• We will wear Orchestra Shirts and Jeans

Clark Auditions/Playing Test Test-May 6/7

• All 9th graders will play
• All auditions/tests will be heard during class live

Band Concert: Chamber Orchestra only-May 12th

• We will perform with the Full orchestra
• Call time is 7:00
• Be done by 8:00

Spring Concert-May 14th in Clark Cafeteria 7:00pm

• Concert/Chamber call: 6:00
• Recital call: 6:30

Spring Orchestra Banquet-May 15th

• Details are posted in your Google Classroom
• Cut off date for tickets is May 7th

Cat Chow-May 8- We need parent volunteers and donations

• 72 cans of Dr Pepper
• 1 case (48-64 total) bottled water,
• 48 minimum individual servings of candy such as Airhead Extremes, Jolly Rancher Sticks, Nerds, Skittles, Sour Patch Kids, Star Burst, NOT chocolate due to possible melting and NOT snack-size
